Please read the instructions carefully before use.
Device Introduction

Thank you for choosing our pet locator. This device is a smart device for real-time tracking of pet locations, designed to ensure the safety of your pets and help you find them quickly when they are lost.

  1. Preparation before using
    1. Check if the device is complete
    1. In shutdown status, insert a nano SIM card which supports 4G network and activate data flow, GPRS and caller ID function according to the installation method.
  2. SIM card installation
    If you have chosen subscription you can disregard the SIM card installation as this is allready has been done before shipment.
    Note that insert the SIM card in shutdown status and boot the device and fix the slot cover after inserting the SIM card.

Open the SIM card slot, use the screwdriver to unscrew the screw and flip out the cover. Insert the Nano SIM card facing up and reattach the cover and srew in the screw.

  • Startup / Shutdown
    Switch on the device. Long press the power button for 5 seconds till the light flashes, there will be a boot sound when powering on the device.
  • Switch off the device
    When the device is online, it can only be shutdown remotely from the APP. When the device is offline as shown on the APP, pull out the the SIM card, after 10 seconds long press the power button to switch off the device.
  • Charging
    Use the magnetic USB cable and connect it to a 5v USB phone charger (not included). We recommend to charge the device every night.
  • Attention
    When there is a SIM card installed and there is a network available, the device cannot be turned off using the power button on the side for safety reasons. Long press the power button for more than 15 seconds to force a restart of the device.

  • Light effect instruction
    Switch on the device: The light will be on for 20 seconds, then will flash slowly after it is turned on.
    Charging: It will flash slowly, when charging, keeps lightning when charged full.
    Button: When it is working mode, press the button till the light lights for 3 seconds.
    Location abnormally: The light flashes slowly
    Location successfully: The light goes out.

Attention.
Please select allow when it shows “weather to trust the application” or “do you allow the application to access the location of the mobile phone”.Open the APP, select register, scan the QR code on the backside of the device and enter required information, then click OK.

Choose “Se Tracker” and follow the instructions on your phone.

  • Product function
    • Work mode
      The device has two work modes; users can change work modes via the APP settings.
      1. Normal mode (10 minutes interval). The device will update location information every 10 minutes.
    • Power setting mode (60 minutes interval). The device will update location information every hour.
    • Historical mode.
      Three months historical route data can be checked.
    • Geofence
      Users can activate this function in the APP and set the range of Geofence on the map. If the device is out of the fence, an alert message will be received on the APP. The minimum radius of the geofence is 200 meters. An alert message when the device is out of the fence. You can add up to 3 Geofences.
    • Voice monitoring
      Select the voice monitoring function in setting, enter your phone number in the APP. After confirmation, the device will automatically call the preset phone number. You can hear voices around the device by answering the call. (Extra charges on your bill can be added as only data is included in the subscription)
    • SOS number
      You can add up to 3 SOS numbers at the most. When the device connect to a network, long press the SOS button and the device will call the preset SOS number, one after another. After two times calling without answering the device will stop calling. An alert is sent to the SOS number (It is turned off by default, you can activate it in SMS alerts) (Extra charges on your billing can be added as only data is included in the subscription)
    • Location
      You can check the real time location of the device. The position of the phone and the device is shown on the map. Press locate to do a real time location on the APP. There are 3 different location modes on the map: GPS (red icon), LBS (Blue icon), Wifi (Green icon). LBS is typically used indoor where the device cannot connect to the satelites. LBS is using tele masters and therefor not as precise as GPS signal outside.
    • History
      You can check the historical routes in different period. The base station switching on the menu is the switch displaying base station when checking the historical route. It shows base station location path when it is on, while do not show when it is off.
    • Sound gardian Enter the guardian’s phone number, and press “Confirm” to send remote monitoring request. When it receives this request, the device will call the number automatically. When the phone answers to the call, the guardian can hear the voice around the device, while the device cannot hear the voice of the phone. (Extra charges on your billing can be added as only data is included in the subscription)
    • SMS alerts Low power, SOS. The alert message will be sent to the guardians number that has been preset in the APP.
    • Remote shutdown
      When the device is working normally, it can be turned off remotely via the APP.
    • Remote restart
      When the device is working normally, it can be restarted remotely via the APP.
    • Declaration
      1. Thank you for purchasing this device, the device function are realized by using both hardware and APP. Please read the instructions carefully to assure correct usage. You can refer to help on the APP for more details and in multiple languages.

3. Users will be exempted from guarantee if dissemble the device on your own. Reach out to customer support in case you experience mailfunctions or have any questions.

4. Please only use original assories to avoid unexpected damage.
Damage caused by improper use of the device or failure to use original assesories will not be covered by the guarantee. Our company will not take responsibility for the damage caused in these sircumstances.
5. If you disassemble this product, it will loose warranty. This product only works with a SIM card which activates dataflow.  The device fuctions will work well under good network coverage. Our company do not take any responsibility for the loss caused by operator outage or force majeure.

Attention
1. Don not put the device under water

2. Keep the device away from fire or extreme environment such as high temperatures.

3. If the device runs out of power it is not longer able to transmit data, and therefor not able to show correct location on the map. Always make sure to keep the device charged up. For example charge every night to ensure proper tracking.
