If you upload images to the site, you should refrain from uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Website visitors can download and extract all location data from images on the website.

If you write a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to fill in your information again when you post another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we create a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

This website uses caching to facilitate a faster response time and a better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of each web page displayed on this site. All cache files are temporary and are never accessed by any third party except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but can easily be deleted by the administrator before their natural expiration if necessary. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we store your data
If you write a comment, the comment and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of having them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide for their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.

What rights do you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have posted comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
