SIM cards – X-SIM
SIM card with subscription is provided as a service by X-MC Parts ApS.
Your personal information will not be shared with the telecommunications provider, as it is X-MC Parts that acts as guarantor for the SIM card.
There are no hidden fees, set-up fee, credit approval, social security number, contract or other application required to set up the subscription. Only the information you enter in the “checkout” when checking out and buying here at the shop is used.
By approving these terms and conditions when purchasing one or more SIM cards, you accept that X-MC Parts ApS will invoice you for new subscription on annually basis, depending on the type of subscription you have chosen.
X-MC Parts offers 2 types of subscriptions.
LITE – including 5,000 SMS per month, The network is delivered through Telia and Telenor.
LUX – including 120 MB EU data and access to online realtime tracking on the WEB portal X-gpstrack.
We only offer an annually subscription due to keep the administration as low as possible.
Excess consumption that is not included in the subscription is invoiced the following month.
Call: Per started minute not included EUR 0.1
Data: Per started MB not included EUR 0.2
SMS: Per SMS not included EUR 0.02
Administration fee per invoice EUR 4,-
If the invoice is not paid before it is due, a reminder will be sent.
If payment is still not made, access to the web portal and SIM card will be blocked and the subscription will be considered terminated.
Any excess consumption will be invoiced the following month, at the current list prices.
The overconsumption will be invoiced the following month in which the overconsumption took place.
The price is flat and represents cost prices plus administration and operating costs (LUX).
X-SIM cards cannot be purchased in bulk. The SIM card is only delivered together with a device purchased here from the shop.
The device that you can buy together with a SIM card is e.g. a GPS tracker and the option to choose the SIM card is like an option on the product itself here in the shop.
If you buy a device without a SIM card and later want to buy an additional SIM card for the device, you must contact us in order to activate the SIM and GPS tracker.
Support is not provided for SIM cards that have not been purchased through X-MC Parts ApS.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part or all of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret your purchase.
No right of withdrawal
Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch cannot be undone. Nor if holes have been drilled in e.g. a reflector holder.
There is no right of withdrawal in B2B trading.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the item.)
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address. Package shop consignments are sent back.
You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and handing it in personally to the above address. By prior arrangement.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
It is your own responsibility to operate X-cruise in a responsible and safe manner, and not to violate the law.
It is also your own responsibility to fit the correct adapter/inner ring as described in the instructions.
X-MC Parts ApS disclaims all liability for loss, damage or inconvenience, both direct and indirect of any kind.
Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with X-MC Parts ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
